Return Policy
FujiBio-RichWay will accept returns:
- 0 to 7 days from date of delivery 100% Refund
- 8 to 14 days from date of delivery 70% Refund
- 15 to 30 days from date of delivery 50% Refund
- 31 days or more days from date of delivery 0% Refund
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by calling the office at: (850)348 before any returns are made. Be sure to have your invoice (RI) number on hand when calling.
Warranty Information
To the original purchaser, we warrant to you that our products and all their parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that inpair or impede the function or use of the product.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Richway International, Inc will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage as a direct result of negligence or misuse, use on improper voltage/current, or by usage contrary to the operation instructions indicated. Disassembly, repair, or alteration, by any person other than those from an authorized service center is strictly prohibited.
Our warranty obligation is expressly limited to repair or to replace parts and components from the time of purchase to the period or warranty stated for that part.

To obtain service under this warranty, you must call Richway prior to submitting your product to obtain a product return authorization code number. This number is required and must be placed in a visible area on the front of the package.
In addition, you must also present or send your Richway product together with a copy of the original sales slip, your charge or credit card receipt, or other proof of the date of the original retail purchase of the product to Richway International at: 1314 King Street, Suite 520, Honolulu, HI 96814. Any postage, insurance, transportation or shipping costs incurred in presenting or sending your Richway product for service is your responsibility. However, Richway International, Inc will pay for all repair and/or replacement costs.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The duration of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, on this product shall be limited to the duration of the applicable express warranty set forth above. In not event shall Richway International, Inc be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise with respect to this product, except as set forth herein.

REPAIRS
REPAIR POLICY
Richway International provides repair service for our products. In order to better serve you, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required. You may obtain this number by calling our customer service center at (850) 348-1541 or by sending an e mail to sales@minibiomatbelt.com detailing the problem you are experiencing and provide your RI NUMBER for your purchase. The RI number is the Richway invoice number for your purchase which is obtained at the time you place the order. The following information provides some details of our repair service
- Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, Richway will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.
- Two months to one year from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Richway and the repair fee is 100% free. Richway International will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.

- One year to 3 years from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Richway and for the repair fee which is detailed below. Richway International will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
- Richway International offers Life Time Trade In for 50% off the value of your original purchase. You can trade in for the same product plus shipping or if the products you are trading in for is of lesser value, it is 50% of the cost of the lesser value item plus shipping.
- Only the original buyer of the product can call to get the warranty service.
IMPORTANT NOTE - How to send product in for repair:
- Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
- Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.
